Dear All
So, one down one to go ! Blenheim was great fun if somewhat exhausting, very hot and much hillier than expected. Times below:
Swim Elapsed:00:14:45
T1:00:04:15
Bike:00:37:44
T2:00:02:03
Run:00:28:55

In desperate need of fitness motivation and girth reduction I have decided to enter both the Blenheim Sprint Triathlon and the London Olympic Distance Triathlon. I have also managed to rope in Andrew Elliott,
Marc O'Neill http://www.justgiving.com/Marc-O-Neill1 and Ed Case http://www.justgiving.com/Edwin-Case
as my band of merry men.
Rather than just benefitting my own physique I thought it would be a good oppurtunity to raise some money for an excellent cause.
Cerebral palsy is a condition that affects movement, posture and co-ordination. This may be seen at or around the time of birth or may not become obvious until early childhood. Cerebral palsy is a wide-ranging condition and can affect people in many different ways.
What the above statement doesn't say is that children with Cerebal palsy are wonderful, affectionate, beautiful children who will need some form of help throughout their lifetime.
Scope is a charity that helps both children and their families to come to terms with this disease and still get the most out of life.
Please help by giving what you can.
