please help our heros out with a bit of spare change

This uniquely tough run follows the same undulating, multi-terrain course used in paratropper selection.  The 'P Company Challenge' is completed over 10 miles of the all arms pre parachute selection course carrying 35lb bergen and wearing military style boots in under 1 hour and 50 mins, the pass time for P Company.  The race is based on Catterick garrison in North Yorkshire.

We are raising money for help for heros, Help for Heroes is a charity formed to help those who have been wounded in
Britain's current conflicts, which i know is close to all our hearts, so please try to spare just a few pounds to help out this worthy cause.
