Story

Thank you for supporting Children's Hospice South West. This is an unprecedented time for everyone. For the wonderful children and families that we support, there are a great many additional challenges because of fear, lockdown and isolation to name but a few.

I like riding riding my bike , mountain/gravel or road  and have been commuting by bike since working through lockdown. It almost kept me sane. I've been entering long distance sportives for several years and this challenge seems ideally suited, and is for a great cause. These families need our help.

I'm 53, married to Tracy, with 3 (almost) teenage boys, one into farming, one rugby, one stuck on his computer but great on a trampoline. A dog, several ducks, some outdoor goldfish. A home brew habit. Reading, cooking, DIY, chopping firewood, a big garden to tame and grow. Bit of an eco warrior and recycler. A vet at work, pets now but I miss my cattle, sheep and horses and the farmers.
