Run the Month with Prostate Cancer UK. It's an important cause to support especially for 4 middle aged blokes and means a great deal to  us  as Mark’s father suffered from this illness and supported prostate cancer research until he died earlier this year.  Great opportunity to raise any money we can for such a worthy cause, set ourselves a challenge and get fit. 

I will be finishing the challenge with a half marathon around Silverstone F1 circuit on 15th November. This is a big challenge for me and any donations whatever the amount is very much appreciated.
