Sadly last month a friend and colleague Adele Shipley suddenly passed away leaving behind a husband and 2 small children. At the young age of 35 Adele suffered from what is believed to be SADS ( Sudden adult death syndrome). CRY is a charity that supports and helps spread awareness of conditions that can lead to Young Sudden Cardiac Death young.

12 people a week under the age of 35 sadly die through the above conditions.
