This year our team effort is in support of Astriid's July Challenge; a group of veteran cyclists are tackling the ‘Coast-to-Coast’ cycle route   . . . . . but with a twist, we have chosen a route which will includes two of the country’s toughest climbs.

If the Hardknott Pass is the King of Climbs, then the Wrynose Pass is every bit the Queen, with some sections comfortably exceeding some lung busting and leg fatiguing 30% inclines.

Starting on 15th July, the 170 mile route takes in 3 of our National Parks, kicking off on the west coast at Ravenglass, Cumbria, climbing over the southern section of the Lake District, through the Yorkshire Dales and finally crossing the North York Moors culminating on the east coast at Whitby, for some well-deserved fish and chips.
