Your dog has the power to give someone a new life. Now in it's sixth year, our hugely popular Blackpool Lights sponsored dog walk is back this October and is not to be missed!

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

We are walking 5km of Blackpool Lights with our dog Jelly Bean and Dogs Unite for Guide Dogs.

Jelly Bean doesn't have a job but really wants to support those doggy friends that do! She only has little legs so it will be tiring work.

Dogs Unite is all about dogs working together, to help raise much needed funds to support the amazing work Guide Dogs do every day in creating partnerships that make a life-changing difference for those with sight loss.

Just £7 of sponsorship could buy a collar for a working guide dog, £20 could pay for one hour's guide dog training, £50 could buy an Off to School kit for a puppy or raise more than £140 which could buy a Starter Kit for a new guide dog owner.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

The ability to get around is vital in order to live a full life yet thousands of people with sight loss never leave home alone. We empower visually impaired people to do that and rely on the support of the public to fund the guide dog service.
