I am normally not one for charity work but Macmillan Cancer Support have been amazing in helping my cousin John (aka Loki Dread) and his beautiful family in their time of need. From the early days helping them come to terms with this disease to allowing him to be at home with his loved ones whilst battling this terrible disease they have been there for him.

For those that don't know what a deca ironman is. This is a non stop  24 mile swim, 1120 mile bike, finishing with a 262 mile run. I expect it to take anywhere between 10-12 days to complete
