As with children all over the world, social distancing due to the coronavirus pandemic has led to the orphans in Dnipro having to adapt to homeschooling. 

With many of the orphanage homes we support caring for as many as 10 children, a lack of suitable equipment, particularly computers, has made this especially challenging.

Thanks to a generous donation of refurbished computers from Ukrainian telecoms firm Kyivstar in 2016, each of the orphanages has a small number of computers. This has enabled the children to keep up with their studies and submit coursework on time. But the past few months of lockdown have highlighted the lack of resources the orphanages have with which to cope with continued homebased education.

With your help and support we would like to provide the orphanages with additional computing equipment and any other supplies required to help ensure they get the best education possible.
