This ride is a celebration of life with our great friends, Rexy and Louise.

Almost a year ago Louise lost her mum unexpectedly, so we're taking on this challenge in her memory and to raise money for her favourite charity the NSPCC.

We decided on a 179 mile coast to coast cycle across the North of England at the end of September – starting at Walney Island on the Irish Sea and finishing in Whitby by the North Sea. The three day route passes through the Lake District and The Yorkshire Dales, two of Janet's favourite areas in the whole country, which seems a perfect route to remember her with.
