Hi everyone,
I wanted to let you all know that during February, I will be running 75 Miles to raise awareness for the mental health charity, Mind.
I understand how important mental health is and how crucial it can be to have someone to contact or just to talk to for support, so when I spotted the Miles For Mind Challenge, it took me less than 5 minutes to sign up.
I started running approximately 5 years ago, personally it helps me take care of my own mental health as well as my physical health. For me running quickly became a hobby and on the hardest of days, it also became a coping strategy. Every run attempted, even on the days I fall short, always makes me feel like I've accomplished something.
In the midst of these unusual and in many ways challenging circumstances, mental health is important now more than ever.
I know times are hard, so i appreciate you just taking the time to visit this page. If you are able to, then please help me reach my target so that Mind can continue to give their amazing support to everyone out there who needs it.
