I have never really run before so this is a massive (and slightly scary) thing for me but I am so grateful to have such an excellent children's centre in our village and so keen that we hang onto it. Those early months (and let's face it all the other months afterwards) of having a child are so tough and having somewhere to go for Ollie to play and meet other people in the same boat has been so crucial for me and especially for Rosie on maternity leave. Even in lockdown the story and song times carried on online and helped give some structure to our days!

If the 10k isn't enough for you I am also warming up by doing the "100 press-ups a day in May" challenge which is also something I have never done before but am very slowly getting better!

I know no one is awash with cash at the moment so any small amount you can give is very much appreciated and if you can't give anything then positive thoughts are free and also gratefully received!
