Story
This pandemic has taught us to be grateful for all the little things in life, which we always took for granted. All around us we see so many people in the community are struggling as a result of the pandemic. This may be either on account of loss of job or a steady income, or mental health crisis, loss of loved ones etc. These are exceptionally challenging and worrying times for many of us. Now more than ever before we need to come together and support each other to stay strong. We need to lend a helping hand to those, who are struggling and vulnerable. We need to be more compassionate as a society and uplift those in pain.
Keeping this in mind we have decided to celebrate this Diwali with a difference. We wish to lend our support to Trussel trust, which is working extremely hard to end Hunger in UK. Trussel trust has a network of over 1200 food banks helping and supporting local people in crisis.
