The Rescue Hotel supports up to 800 stray, abandoned and unwanted dogs every year. We ensure these dogs receive any veterinary treatment they may need, assist with behavior training and provide any additional home comforts a dog may need to make their stay at the hotel as comfortable as possible before they are adopted in to a new loving home.

I raised £1000 for The Rescue Hotel in October 2022 during their Miles for Smiles challenge and so have set myself a new challenge in running the Cardiff Half for them this coming October.

I’ve got absolutely zero experience of running and one every dodgy knee (I’m getting 30 next month, I’m getting old!) so it’s going to take a lot of preparation and encouragement to get me through 🏃‍♀️
