Story

***UPDATE***
Since we last spoke to you we have been running with the likes of Colin Jackson and Paula Radcliffe... The girls were asked to join Colin Jackson for a pre Chase Challenge Photoshoot!!! (see the photos added to the below link).... this was following a bridges relay run which we took part in back in July. Following this Chopper took part in the Nike 10k .. completing the distance in 51 mins.. coming in just behind Paula who did it in just 24!!!!! The legs are still on the go as we are now counting down to the Great North Run which is on Sunday 21 September.. ...we are over the £600 mark but still have along way to go to hit our target.......

During May through Sept 2003, Judy Jude, Chopper and Crazyhorse will be hanging up their drinking pants (well not entirely.....) in exchange for lycra running shorts. We will be giving up lunchtimes, evenings and weekends to train and participate in a variety of events for charity:

- Walk the Walk - Moonwalk in our bras!!!! - DONE!!!
- Wimbledon Windmillers 10K - DONE!
- 10k runs
- Great North Run (half marathon) - THE BIG ONE!

We estimate that we will be running in the region of 1000 miles between May and Sept and would like to exchange that for a charitable donation of £3, 000
Please pledge your money to one or all of The Disco Angels' and help us to achieve the £3,000 in aid of Breast Cancer and in exchange we'll update you with our progress. To check out the photos so far please go to > http://www.imagestation.com/album/?id=4289999041&code=5471723&mode=invite (These will be updated and added to as we go through the summer - watch this space!
