one day left.... tomorrow is the final day of dryathlon its been hard work but worth it... I have raised £171... past my target of £150. it woukd be a great end to this journey if you ckukd donate a few pounds to help me reach the £200 mark I am about to head to the PUB for a sober quiz night... cup of yea it is serioysly... thank you to those who kindly donated.. all to cancer research but more importantly in memory of Jack... my lovely father in law who died far too soon at the hands of this terrible disease .... but also in memory of loved family and friends who have lost their battle. won their battle and dacing their personal battery.

well family and friends... my dryathlon is almost over... by Friday at midnight we did it.. no alcohol for a month. I've raised £151 so far.. all donations no matter how small. even a pound will boost my target even further. All money goes to cancer research... and I know most of us will have been affected by it one way or another please donate something... just t hink, by Saturday I will stop annoying you all

o ny 7 days to go and I will have suceeded in my months dryathlon... never thought I would have sat in a pub at night drinking tea BUT I have reached 70% of my goal target... 30% to go.. in money terms that is £44... so no matter how small the donation is please help???? just think... in 7 days time I will stop nagging you all... surely that's worth a few quid all in memory of my dear father in law

As many of you know.. we lost Jack in October 2013 to cancer.... for me, he was a wonderful man who wore his heart of his sleeve.. he was funny, witty and thoughtful, and he never once complained about his illness. He welcomed me into his family .... he is sadly missed by us all but remains in our hearts and thoughts.

Jack will be howling at the thought of "us" stopping drinking for a month.. cheers Jack, this is for you.
