Nine organisations of Manchester have come together to raise fund for the flood affected people in Greater Sylhet in Bangladesh.

Due to the severe flood situation in different areas of Sylhet and Sunamganj in Bangladesh, millions of people are trapped in the water. People are facing hardships and difficulties due to lack of Pure water, essential food and medicine. We, the following organisations have organised this Charity Dinner in response to the widespread flooding that has affected Greater Sylhet in Bangladesh. This appeal will support families and local people who have been displaced from their homes and had their property damaged by severe flood waters.

Please come forward and stand by the affected people of Sylhet. Allah helps His servants, as long as they help others -Al Hadith. May Allah accept all our efforts in the service of humanity.
