On September 7th, I'll be taking on a marathon in support of Prostate Cancer UK, a cause close to my heart as my dad has been bravely battling stage 4 prostate cancer since July 2023. Despite the challenges, he faces each day with incredible strength and courage.

Prostate cancer is one of the most common cancers in men worldwide, and while treatments have improved, there's still much to do in terms of research and awareness. My marathon isn't just about raising money; it's also about raising awareness.
