Story

Hi everyone!

Unbelievably, i've decided to sort my life out, become a bit more active and at the same time, raise some money for a deserving charity! I will be carrying out the London to Brighton 25k at the end of May with my good friend Nick Thompson and need your important support.

Not only am i doing it to help achieve my beach bod' for this summer, but more importantly, I am trying to help raise some money and support for FIRST TOUCH, a dedicated charity of St George's neonatal unit who work hard to provide medical equipment, staff training and family support to the hospital and families who are going through the trauma of complications that can arise from premature births. They help to ensure each baby has the best possible outcome whilst in their care. They are a wonderful charity and cause and their hard work and support helped our good friends and neighbours through a tough time recently when their baby had complications due to premature birth.

They are a tiny charity with a massive cause and they can do none of this without the generosity of people like us. Please join me on my journey, and help me give their tiny, vulnerable patients the very best possible start in life.

Any help is welcome and it will go a very long way!!! Please also share far and wide and help me get to my target!!
