Khalsa Aid was founded in 1999 marking the 300th birth of the Khalsa by Ravinder Singh Sidhu (then a committee member of Singh Sabba Gurudawara Slough). That year within two weeks of celebrating the message of "SARBAT THA BHALLA" ( well being of all) Khalsa aid was born and from donations from others were able to get 2 trucks and a van load of aid to Albania. Since then they continue to help communities around the world providing relief to many people suffering from earthquakes, Tsunami etc
