2020 was a year of terrible news. I'm starting the new year by doing something positive about the news, by raising money for The Economist Educational Foundation. Your donations will help to give the next generation the skills to understand the issues shaping their world, and discuss them constructively, so that they can make it better.

Through the work of the foundation, young people - many from underprivileged backgrounds - learn to listen, creatively solve problems and communicate effectively about real-world issues.
