Story
Save the Children work alongside children in 122 countries, including the UK. Save the Children have three main ambitions to achieve by 2030;
- no child dies from preventable causes before their fifth birthday
- all children learn from a quality basic education
- violence against children is no longer tolerated.
Save the Children is a larger charity but have a good reputation and have the spending report to back this up. They spent 98% of their £289m income in 2020, with 30% spent on Emergencies, 16% on Education, and 15% on Health. It is clear that the pandemic has worsened the situation for many children across the world, donating to Save the Children can support the fight back.
