A team of 4 Royal Marines based in Diego Garcia will be running 37 miles from one tip of the island to the other, in order to raise money for the Royal Marines Charity.

Diego Garcia is a small island in the Indian Ocean, home to a joint UK/USA military facility. Avg. daytime temperatures are between 32 and 35 Celsius and 85% humidity.

A mixture of terrain from sandy tracks through the jungle to tarmac roads just meters from golden sand beaches ensures the run will be memorable for all involved.
