Charity Football Match - Cancer

Charity Football Match · 11 March 2022
Our second charity match of the year is versus Dobbins Robbins FC in aid of Lymphoma Action. So many people have been affected by cancer and continue to be sadly. The Carats are 💯 committed to helping ensure that everyone has the best possible chance of overcoming cancer and accessing the support they need.
Closer to home Harrowby United Football Club Assistant Manager and more importantly Diamonds team member Tom Clayton is a cancer survivor and this match will largely be a tribute to Tom who thankfully made it through. Also our beast at the back (not you Whyley😄) Drew Jeffrey is fundraising for Lymphoma Action to honour his Dad who also has the disease. Drew will be taking on the London Marothon in October and all money raised from the match will be put in to Drew's fundraising pot to go to the respective charity. #TheKickCancerCup 💎⚽️
