Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Cancer has claimed two very special people in my life. one being my mum, Angela Mary. she was only 60 and had everything to look forward to in her retirment and later years. She missed seeing her two sons get married, to see me the happiest I have ever been, gaining my degree. Watching three fantastic grandchildren grow into loving adults plus, two lovely little grandsons.and a lovely little great granddaughter who I know she would of adored. also missing the oppertunity to sit on her lap and listen to her stories of when she was a child. For me I miss her hand on my head to reasure me and always sitting and knitting. singing in the kitchen when wasing the dishes, her love of books and the fact I was her 'Di' no one elses.
The 'Gadget Man' this being John Sheridan my fantastic father inlaw whom loved his family, and they him. His love for clasical music. I miss his wicked sense of humour. his little tips on cooking. his stubbly chin when you gave him a kiss before gonig home. I will aways remember his bravery throughout his illness.
There is also someone very special in my life who is going through the trauma of cancer, someone who if more could have been raised and researched may never have had this life changing process to go through. Please give generously lets find ways of making a difference
