Over a few glasses of wine, Diane, Susan and Richard decided it would be fun to sign themselves up for the Edinburgh 10km. For some reason, Diane thought it would be a good thing to do on her birthday, Susan thought it would be a good way to get back in shape and Richard just went along with it!

Many others have been roped in since - Dad, Roddy (and a large Denham/Black contingent), Euan, Denny and not to mention the all important 'staff' who are tasked with babysitting, towel holding and picture taking!

I've decided we should raise money for Altzeimer's Scotland as it's a terrible illness which has put a huge amount of stress on our family this year. Any charity that is fighting to get it properly recognised deserves support.
