In memory of Charlotte Cole

Story

Roger and I have been raising money for the Midlands Air Ambulance Charity for over 11 years in memory of our daughter Charlotte Kate.

We have decided it is time for us to take a well earned rest and retire. But to finish our fund raising activities and to hopefully take us to an unbelievable total we are attempting our biggest event yet.

The Charlotte Cole Zip Wire Challenge

The event involves riding the fastest Zip wire in the World,
and the longest Zip wire in Europe. You can travel the 1555m course at speeds exceeding 100mph.

The location is PENRHYN QUARRY SNOWDONIA – South Wales.

We already have 28 kind hearted and adventurous volunteers
in seven teams of four taking on the Challenge on Saturday 3rd of
September at 12:00 midday.

You can help us by raising your own team or simply donating. If you wish to raise a team and join us on the day please call Roger on the number below. If you want to do the challenge on a different date speak to Roger and he will help to arrange it with Velocity 2.

The ride is called Velocity 2 and costs in the order of £90.
We will be looking to make a discount available but that is dependent upon numbers. Participants can form a team of four as there are four wires available.

The event is fully supported by The Midlands Air Ambulance Charity;
any donations made on this site will go directly to the charity.

There will be prizes for the team raising the most money,
the individual raising the most money etc.

Places are limited so PLEASE BOOK EARLY

Accommodation is available if required, details are on the
website.

Sponsorship will be collected, please
make out cheques to MIDLANDS AIR AMBULANCE CHARITY

If more help is required please contact Roger on 07533 408 270.
