St Michael's Hospice Moonlight and Memories Walk 2021

Moonlight and Memories Walk 2021 · 18 September 2021 ·
In two weeks time a year will have passed since our brave sister Maria passed away. Although she wasn’t there for long, St Michaels Hospice gave her the best care we could have asked for. It gave her a relaxed space to spend special time with her family. Her dogs also got to visit much to her delight ☺️
They were so fantastic and made sure she had everything she needed. They even gave her secateurs to tend to the roses outside her room, Sherry before her dinner (as an appetite stimulant of course), not to mention the doilies (she’d be chuckling at this!)
So we are taking part in their charity event ‘Moonlight and Memories Walk’ on 18th September, walking 10K through Hastings in memory of our beloved Maria. This is a small way to say a massive thank you and to help raise vital funds for the wonderful hospice. They need £14,400 every single day to keep providing their vital services to the local community.
Also it’s my birthday in a couple of weeks too and instead of gifts this year I would love it if anyone who usually buys me something could instead give a little bit to this wonderful charity (however small).
Thank you and much love 🥰 xx
