On 15th July Mercy Team, and supporters will all go on a journey to reach a total of 1,000,000 steps in one day. This is to raise funds for Mercy UK 

Mercy UK do loads, but this particular event is to raise funds for their FREE of charge 16 week, ‘Freedom Course’  . A Christian faith based course designed to help people navigate life's challenges, and come out the other side equipped for whatever may happen in life.

 I don’t know about you but that sounds fantastic to me as I would really like to see others, (and myself),  find REAL freedom from a lot of ‘stuff’  - for good, you know, not just for the same old few weeks.

So, I am very passionate about this cause and I’m also extremely keen to promote mental health and well being.

As I walk I shall be thinking of many people, but especially my beautiful Son Ryan and my Nephew Steven. Both of whom I was extremely privileged to journey many miles with in this life.
