Elizabeth Rogula and I are fund raising for Hope & Homes for Children which is a charity previously supported by  Lloyd's of London. Elizabeth saw first hand the work of the charity in Sierra Leone in 2006.

We shan't be in the lead pack of runners but aim to have a bit of fun along the way.  Your support is most appreciated - £100 raised will pay for a family of AIDS orphans in Africa to receive a monthly food parcel for a year.
