Andy and Carolynn did a dance for life last year in Birmingham and it was so much fun we decided to do it again, but this time asking for sponsorship, which we didn't do last time, and dressing up (sort of), which we also didn't do last time.

In fact last time we didn't know what to expect at all and were amazed just how much people of pensionable age like ourselves dressed up and acted stupid.  If you can't beat em, join em!    (It should be said that Ang isn't actually anywhere near pensionable age, but has kindly agreed to supply the oxygen should one of us conk out later tonight!)

Thank you so much to everyone who has sponsored us, hopefully donations raised by the event tonight will help someone beat this awful disease when it comes knocking on the door of someone near you, or indeed it might knock upon your own door.  But not tonight.... tonight is for dancing.
