Unfortunately I never had the chance to meet my grandmother as she died, at just 50, from heart disease before I was born. This devastating disease is largely preventable therefore, I aim to raise as much money as I can in memory of a wonderful and kind lady (my Mamma) and to prevent other families from going through the devastation and heartbreak that mine have had to endure, to this very day.
