Hospital Appeal - helping the Community

London To Portsmouth 2019 · 27 April 2019 ·
As you may remember, I lost my Mother back in 2010. Most recently my Father has been diagnosed with Cancer and currently recovering, this certainly breaks my heart. One thing for sure my parents have taught me is charity.
Last few years have been phenomenal and I am hoping to continue this year. I have just committed to cycle 80 miles London to Portsmouth in April, some would say this is mad!
Many know the Palestinians living in Gaza are considered to be some of the most oppressed people on the face of the earth. Their movement is restricted, they have little access to essential resources, food supply is limited, clean water is hard to access for the majority of the population and healthcare which is in constant demand is affected by a lack of medication, equipment and power cuts.
Your funds will help to solve the problem of constant power cuts at, at least one of the hospitals. The money you donate will go towards installing solar panels at a hospital in Gaza to help provide constant free energy.
Training stepped up again, I will be regularly taking part in weekend cycle sessions across counties. While the training is tough it is such a fantastic opportunity to raise a lot of money for a great cause and I will be inspired by the incredible courage and dignity shown by you and all my supports right to the end.
So please please dig deep and donate now. Together we can make a difference.
Funds raised will be matched by Barclays.
