Story

Team Paed's ED are taking on this years Hike for your Hospitals. Every step makes a difference to patients across Nottingham and will say thank you to the hardworking staff at Nottingham Hospitals.

We have recently expanded the Children's Emergency Department due to the vast area that we cover for Paediatric Emergency and Trauma.

Around 45000 children attend the department every year with varying conditions and needs.

Due to the trauma and serious health conditions  the children across the region attend the department with they require specialist play equipment to allow them to help process and over come their concerns.

Currently the department is in need of play equipment to help with distraction and specific targeted therapy.

The department are walking a 10k doggy dash to raise funds for the play service within the department. Any contributions people can make will really help provide a very much needed service for the children of Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Derbyshire.
