Hi everyone! after several weeks of legging it all around south derry, my fittness team (i.e myself) have confirmed im ready to  run the 2010 Belfast Marathon on 3rd may.

As a result, I've also finally got round to start collecting some donations for my charity Concern Worldwide. So if anyone would like to offer their support to me and concern we'd both greatly appreciate it.
