Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I'm participating in the Men's Health 10k in memory of my Dad, Ian Steele, and in support of my Father in Law, Robert Wilson.

As some of you may already know, I lost my Dad on the 29th of January. His death has had a devastating impact on my family and all that knew him due to it's sudden nature and his relativley young age.

When my Dad died, I promised I would do something in his memory. Hopefully, raising money for Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland will help raise awareness and if it prevents just one person from going through what my family is going through, then it'll be worth the blisters and pain. My Dad was my hero, I want to help someone else's hero live longer than mine did.

So please dig deep and donate now as I will be using emotional blackmail and name and shame tactics in the coming weeks.
