Derek and Graeme will once again run the Tough Mudder course this Sunday for HOPE for Autism. This will be their 7th time running for their 1st Pink headband, and their 1st run since Covid-19.

But this year, it will also be in tribute to one of HOPE's members who sadly passed away very recently at the young age of 21! Melissa was a wonderful young girl who was full of life, took each day in her stride and always put a smile on the faces of everyone she met.
