Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity

I'm doing the Coast to Coast cycle ride with my cycling partner, Dave Pitt (we're taking the Workington to Sunderland / Roker route) between 23-25 April 2010, and want to raise money for the Alzheimer's Research Trust. Mum suffered with Alzheimer's for the last 18 months of her life.

It's a horrible disease which is growing in relation to the increasingly aging population (the post-war 'baby boomers' are now getting on in years!) and the Research Trust is poorly funded.

Any help you can give will be gratefully received.

Thanks

Derek (Digger)
