DTP/DTO are partnering with A Precious Child for their Fill A Backpack Drive again this year and they need the community's support now more than ever. 

Just last year, A Precious Child provided brand new backpacks filled with grade-appropriate school supplies to more than 20,000 children in need. The need for A Precious Child's services and programs, like Fill A Backpack, is continues to grow. With our help, A Precious Child can make sure disadvantaged children across the Denver metro area have the supplies they need to go back to school feeling confident and prepared to succeed.

This year, instead of collecting supplies in those now-famous yellow barrels, we are holding a virtual funds drive! With the virtual fundraiser, we will be able to support A Precious Child with virtually (pun intended) no risk compared to our traditional donations and volunteer efforts. And, since we are contributing whatever monetary donations we can to APC, they can pool the donations and use their buying power to gain even more leverage to acquire the necessary supplies for what is expected to be a record season of need.
