I wanted to do something to help this important cause, and so I decided to fundraise for Crisis. I thought it might be funny to colour my hair and it is also something I can do safely from home whilst observing UK Covid-19 restrictions. If you are able to, please sponsor me. Message from Crisis:
During the coronavirus pandemic, we have come together as a society to achieve extraordinary things for people facing homelessness – from finding accommodation for people in hotels to protecting people from becoming homeless during the pandemic.

Now, as lockdown eases, we can’t let this progress slip, and go back to a world in which homelessness is accepted as a part of life. We want to use the "Home for All" campaign as a turning point and make it truly the beginning of the end of homelessness.

Through the campaign, UK charity Crisis is calling on the public to pull together, to help make sure there is a home for all from now on. The campaign is calling for the change we need so that everyone has a safe, stable home; and funding homelessness services to help people leaving temporary accommodation and those newly facing homelessness to find somewhere permanent to live.
