March for Martin House! 

This March, each member of the Dentsu Leeds team will be completing 428,000 steps (about 190 miles) to raise vital funds for Martin House. Martin House supported 428 children and their families last year, and this challenge will celebrate every single child which was helped during this time!

In 2020, Martin House Children's Hospice had their funding cut by dramatic proportions as a result to the COVID-19 pandemic and multiple lockdowns across the UK. It costs Martin House £9million a year to run their children’s hospice and in 2020 this funding was reduced by a massive 90% due to lack of fundraising events. This has had a profound effect on how they can support children and their families during this difficult time. Despite lockdown gradually easing, social distancing has left many fundraising events for 2020 & 2021 cancelled.

Martin House Children’s Hospice, located in Wetherby, care for hundreds of children and families, offering emergency and end of life care, care after death and bereavement support. Martin House families describe the services of the hospice as a 'lifeline' as it steps in to help them in the darkest of days. Together we can help.
