Story

Denny’s Angels
Arundel Denny ‘Denny’ to his friends was 93 when he died at the beginning of lockdown 2020. He had lived with dementia for a number of years before his death and was cared for at home by his daughter . Sadly his family and friends were unable to come together at that time to celebrate his life , his daughter hoped to celebrate last November on his birthday but again the plans were thwarted by the pandemic. There is no better way to pay tribute to a wonderful man than to walk in the open air , to celebrate his life and raise funds for much needed research for a disease that robs your memories .To rejoice in the legacy he leaves behind in his five children , grandchildren and great grandchildren. Join with us in our quest to raise vital funds to support the work of the Alzheimer’s society so all our children ,grandchildren and great grandchildren can see a future without dementia.
