into week 9 of training glad it's warmed up now and almost up to the 70 mile mark. There been few accidents and crashes in the team, but positive thinking and onwards and upwards to raise the much needed funds.

In July 3 friends and myself have made an enormous pledge to undertake a 300 mile cycle from London to Paris in 4 days!!!! This will be a mighty graft to train for, with some hefty sacrifices. im hoping the weather will be kind on the journey and the 4 of us in the team exeperience more joy then pain in order to raise money for a wonderful welsh Childrens hospice.
