On the 2nd  October 2022, Lyn Lott and myself will be swapping London for Cardiff and running the Cardiff half Marathon in memory of my late mother in law, Jean, who was a keen supporter of all animal charities, but especially Dogs Trust. Lets raise as much as we can for a fantastic  cause!
