For my Dad

Love helps, caring helps, being there to understand, support and listen helps but what else can I do as an individual, as a daughter, to help in the challenge of beating or living with cancer?

Raise money.

I am determined to cycle, with Steve, 476km through Vietnam to Cambodia and raise money that will go towards research for causes, treatments and effects of living with prostate cancer.  It will go towards specialist nurses, help lines and publications that raise awareness and give support to men with prostate cancer and their families.

We have an ambitious target to match an ambitious challenge but we have every faith that united in our determination, we will achieve our goal.
