SESAW is an independent re-homing centre for any abandoned animal.A hardworking team of volunteers cares for the animals without fail every day.The Charity relies entirely upon donations and fundraising events for it's survival.The effects of the Coronavirus crisis has cut off a vital source of income. Please donate anything you can, to help plug the gap.Thank you for helping us help the animals.

We rescued one of our lovely cats from here during the pandemic.  So many animals need help at this time.  

I ran the 2019 marathon and after completing it I rather foolishly decided to enter again! 🤦‍♀️ Training has not been any easier this time around as I stopped running regularly since the last marathon.   However having reached a heady 20 miles last weekend I feel as if I ve got enough 'miles in the bank' to help me over the finish line. Running in support of Sesaw will certainly help me keep focused on the day and do some good along the way!
