I know way too many people who have fought valiantly and yet still lost against this bastard disease.  

I'm doing this for those people I know and love who are still fighting... I hope that one day Macmillan, or anyone, manages to fight back against cancer and makes it a disease only known about through history books.

Oh and by the way.. I won't be running!!  But I will be striding out with purpose!

If anyone is in Oswestry on Sunday 01 July - I've registered for the 10.30hrs start, please feel free to come along to the British Ironworks Centre and cheer or throw paint at me!!
