Story

We have decided to take out our boots from our wardrobe and kick in this time to join the Virtual Race to Nicaragua!

They weren't able to visit Nicaragua in 2020, but that wont stop us from getting in the 5,300 miles to reach Nicaragua virtually!

CYCLE > WALK > RUN > PUSH = 5,300 MILES

During May our team will work together to reach the finish line first.

Springboard help people to overcome barriers to employment, build confidence and improve on or gain new skills through training, mentoring, CV workshops and interview support, helping people to retain jobs and start careers in hospitality and tourism future proofing the talent pipeline as these industries heal and rebuild.
