Partners & Employees only. Donations made by non-Deloitte employees will be accepted as charitable donations only and you will not be entered into the prize draw.

There are two ways to enter the draw,

1. Make a donation here, we suggest a minimum of £10 but please donate more or less as you see fit – Please enter your full name and service line with the donation or we will not be able to log your entry into the draw
   
   
2. Alternatively, if you do not wish to donate please send an internal Deloitte email to Patrick Bevan & Jessica X Porter. Please title your email – “Please enter me in the Free Prize Draw in aid of Mind”
   
   

Terms and Conditions

1. Entry is either via a suggested donation to Mind
   or an internal Deloitte email to Patrick Bevan and Jessica X Porter
2. Only one entry is permitted per person.
3. The prize draw is open to Partners and Employees of Deloitte UK.
4. If entering a donation you must provide your full name on the JustGiving page for us to include your entry in the Prize Draw.
   Please do not anonymise your name or amount when making a donation on JustGiving.
5. Entry into the prize draw will close at 8pm on Tuesday, 26^th April. Any donations received after this time will not result in an entry into the Prize Draw.
6. The purchase of prize draw entries does not qualify for Gift Aid. Please make sure you do not claim gift aid on your donation.
7. Any amounts paid that do not meet the above conditions will be treated as donations to our charity partner and will not be
   eligible for entry into the prize draw.
8. All prizes have been funded by the Deloitte Service Lines, Responsible Business and Mind and all proceeds will be paid
   directly to our charity partners by JustGiving.
9. Winning entries will be drawn during the evening
   of 26^th April during the “Playing for Mind concert” after the
   competition has closed and all winners will be notified by email.
10. The matched funding for this event (up to £5,000
    pound for pound matching) will be used to support our Five Million Futures charity partners.
