DEF-UK Challenge 

We will work as a team to cover the 78,733,248 steps to complete a virtual around the world trek. We will be competing against Clarkson which is part of the DEF Network to see who can complete the challenge first. Our teams will be doing a variety of activities so everyone can be involved. Also DEF-UK and Clarkson will match all our fundraising up to £3500 each!. 

Suicide Prevention UK

Our charity relies on public donations to be able to continue the life-saving work we do in preventing suicide and helping anyone struggling in a crisis throughout the UK. 

Every 90 minutes, a friend or loved one is lost through suicide in the UK. We are the only charity in Bristol patrolling known hot spots, and with your help we can give people the vital information and support they need.

Even a small donation goes a long way and every penny goes directly into saving lives.
